Introduction
Gebrüder Spiegel AG had a problem finding new staff. The usual job platforms it advertised on had stopped working, and they kept costing money without producing results.
Brief
We were asked to support Gebrüder Spiegel AG in its search for staff. We developed a comprehensive concept: a recruiting video, an appealing landing page and targeted social media campaigns. We also produced interviews with current employees, so the landing page gives an authentic look at the company culture and everyday work. The concept made the company more visible and successfully led to the hire it wanted, one new employee.
